How to enroll with us

We are thrilled to hear that you’re taking the first step towards advancing your education and achieving your career goals. To ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process, Certify U Australia has implemented a step-by-step formation for all prospective students. This includes four essential steps below: Once you have completed all four steps, you will need scan all documents and then come back to this page upload them on the certify u registration form below. Or upload all documents to an email and send them to admim@certifyuaustralia.com. So, let’s dive into each step in more detail and get you enrolled in a Certify U Australia course today.

1st Step is a PHOTO ID. Locate your current photo ID, which should be a government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or national ID card. Ensure that the ID is unexpired and that all relevant information is visible and legible. Take a clear and well-lit photo of your ID using a phone or scanner. Make sure the photo is in focus and that no important information is cut off or obscured. Save the photo to your device or computer, and then upload it to the Certify U Australia.

2nd Step is a LLN DOCUMENT. If you are a student enrolling in a course or program with Certify U Australia, you will be required to download and complete an LLN (Language, Literacy and Numeracy) document to our system. The LLN document is designed to assess your ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic calculations, and is often used to ensure that individuals have the necessary skills to succeed in their studies or profession. To complete an LLN document, you will typically be asked to answer a series of questions or perform tasks related to reading, writing, and numeracy. Once you have completed the LLN document, you can upload it to the Certify U system. It is important to ensure that the document is filled out accurately and completely, and that all instructions are followed carefully. Certify U will review the document and use the results to help tailor their support and resources to your individual needs. If you have any questions or concerns about the LLN document or the upload process, be sure to reach out to Certify U’s support team for assist.

3rd Step is a ENROLMENT DOCUMENT. “If you’re enrolling in a course or program with Certify U Australia, you’ll need to upload an enrollment document to their system. The enrollment document is a crucial component of the enrollment process, as it contains vital information about your personal and academic background. The document’s purpose is to ensure that you’re eligible for enrollment in the course or program and to provide Certify U with the necessary resources and support during your studies. To complete the enrollment document, you’ll typically be required to complete a form that requests personal information, academic transcripts, and any relevant qualifications or certifications. It’s important to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date, and that any required documents are in the correct format and size. Once you’ve uploaded the enrollment document, Certify U will review it and verify your eligibility for the course. If you have any questions or concerns about the enrollment document or the upload process, you can contact Certify U’s support team for assistance.”

4th Step is a STUDENT HANDBOOK, which Certify U Australia has made mandatory for all its students to download and sign the back page of. The student handbook is a comprehensive RTO document that contains important information about policies, procedures, and guidelines. It covers a wide range of topics, such as academic requirements, grading system, code of conduct, disciplinary procedures, student services, and safety.

Moreover, signing the back page of the student handbook is essential to ensure that students have read and understood its contents. By doing so, they acknowledge that they have read and comprehended the information provided in the handbook. Once signed, students can take a photo or scan it and upload it to the Certify U form on this webpage below, after completing the LLN document.”
